Our journey began with a single bite. It was at Doo’s Seafood in Ponchatoula, Louisiana—a multi-year winner of the local crawfish competition—where we first experienced crawfish the way it was meant to be: perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and absolutely unforgettable. From that moment, we were hooked.
More Than a Restaurant, It’s an Experience
Fate was on our side when we had the opportunity to take over one of their locations in Houma, Louisiana. There, we immersed ourselves in the craft, learning everything we could about what makes truly great crawfish. But we knew this experience couldn’t stay in Louisiana alone. More people deserved to taste the kind of crawfish that changes the way you think about seafood.
